What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept Cash, CODs, checks, credit card gift cards.
Can I change my order?
All shoes are custom made and our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.

How long do refunds take?
Our shoes are made to order. So make sure the shoes you select are what you want. There are NO REFUNDS.
How long does processing and shipping take?
The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location, the item(s) ordered, and the shipping speed you selected.
All shipments take place in two stages: processing and transit.
Processing
Processing and packing times are estimated 48-72 hours. This excludes orders placed on the weekend.
Transit
- Standard delivery service 25-30 business days
- Express delivery service 20-25 business days
- Overnight delivery service unto 20 business days
Time frames are dependent upon order, size date and your location. Also keep in mind the King Collection are custom shoes made to order.

Our custom shoes are made to order. Please note when purchasing and finalizing your order you agree and understand there's NO REFUNDS.

- Broken or damaged laces, lace retention devices and worn soles
- Product acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers and salesman samples
- Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured within return window

We will NOT ACCEPT returns for exchanges on any items that have been worn, exposed to damaging elements or if the King Logo tags have been removed. Returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Should an item be received by you in a damaged state or without tags, we ask you contact us immediately. We strongly recommend that products and packaging are checked thoroughly before they are tried on or any tags or packing are disposed of.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in protective dust bags and custom box provided until you are certain you are keeping them.
The original King shoe box is considered a part of the product and shoes returned without it may be sent back to the customer.
